Leak is in Distributor Nozzle where 15 capillary tubes  header together

Option #1-Attempt Repairing leak and hope it will hold.
Option #2-Replace Evap. Coil, Expan. Valves, repipe.
Option #3-Replace unit as in Pic # 11, new warranty.

Compressor is operating, but has bad valves.  Condensing Unit has had 6 Warranty Claims in 5 Years.  Piping at AHU & Condensing unit does not conform to Carrier Piping Manual and should be corrected as noted below.  Liquid Line Solenoid Valves are installed at the AHU, above the stock room ceiling, but it is unknown at this time if they are operating properly.  Likewise, the compressor has two stages of unloading, but at this point we can not determine if they are operating properly.
