Began as service technician for middle Tennessee region , servicing commercial and industrial customers, and as service advisor for technicians in other regions. Promoted to General Manager in 2004. Oversee the day-to-day operations, scheduling, dispatching, and customer relations.

2000-2002  Gibson Musical Instruments, Nashville Tennessee   Plant Engineering Manager.  Responsible for Maintenance of physical plant, and manufacturing equipment for the worlds premier Guitar manufacturer.

1996-2000  Key Mechanical Contracting, Hendersonville, Tennessee, Co-Owner and operator servicing commercial , retail, and industrial customers in Middle and east Tennessee.

Began as Maintenance Electrician responsible for troubleshooting and repairs of Blown film production lines. Promoted to Lead Technician in 1991, increased level of efficiency in department by 40% Designed and instituted pro-active maintenance program. Promoted to Maintenance Manager 1992-1996
